White cop acquitted in death of a black man, violent protests ensue

By Aaron Colen | 15 Sep 2017

Violent protests have broken out in St. Louis, Missouri, after former police officer Jason Stockley was found not guilty of murdering Anthony Smith in 2011 after a high-speed chase following a suspected drug deal.

  • Four officers have been injured and one police car has been vandalized.
  • Protestors have been pepper sprayed for attempting to block police travel.
  • Police blocked protestors from getting on a major highway, so they marched to police headquarters.
  • Local businesses closed and sent employees home early due to the protests.

Teens’ brazen attack on officers caught on bodycam ‘could have been the next Ferguson,’ police chief says

It started with a 911 call after midnight about a reported reckless driver spinning tires, losing control, slamming into a tree and a parked vehicle, and then taking off.

Police in Port Barre, Louisiana, soon found the vehicle at a nearby residence, KATC-TV reported, but those inside apparently weren’t very cooperative.

Lybeth Hardy and her 15-year-old son cursed at the cops, refused to answer questions, wouldn’t let them question the vehicle’s owner — Hardy’s husband — because they said he was sleeping and told them to get off their property, police told KATC.

Last Friday’s confrontation — which the town’s police chief said could have become the next Ferguson — escalated from there. And it was all captured on police bodycam.

As Hardy’s son continued cursing and threatening officers, police said about a dozen neighborhood people gathered and began approaching the officers in a threatening manner.

Obama’s half-brother is Trump’s guest at debate

‘Things have only gotten worse for black people’

barack-malik-obama

How did Malik Obama, the African-born half-brother of Barack Obama, go from being the best man at the president’s wedding to appearing at the third debate as a guest of Donald Trump?

For one thing, he believes conditions “have only gotten worse for black people, especially in urban America, under my brother’s presidency.”

Joel Gilbert, who has spent filming Malik Obama during visits to the United States, told WND he wasn’t surprised when he learned that Malik would be a guest of Trump at the debate.

While Malik was initially enthusiastic his half-brother was elected president, he became disillusioned as he found himself shut out from Obama’s interest and affection.

Gilbert said he began a relationship with Malik nearly two years ago, when he mailed him a copy of his documentary Dreams from My Real Father.”

“We spoke many times after that,” said Gilbert. “Malik typically reiterated his disappointment that Barack did not fulfill his promises to help his father’s foundation, and had completely distanced himself from the Kenyan Obama family after becoming president.”

Gilbert’s discussions with Malik about his relationship with his brother culminated in a video interview that now has more than 300,000 views.

From the ruins of Detroit to the slums of Chicago’s South Side, Joel Gilbert pulls back the curtain in the movie “There’s No Place Like Utopia,” available now at the WND Superstore.

In the video, Gilbert asked Malik about how he felt about Barack’s treatment of him.

“Disappointed, disappointed, used, used and also betrayed,” Malik answered. “In the beginning I didn’t think that he was a schemer. His real character, his real personality, the real him, is coming out now.”

Malik said he was hurt by Barack’s reactions to him after Obama got to the White House.

“I’d like to see Barack be for real, not be so deceptive,” Malik explained. “He should live up to his word and be the leader that we expected him to be. If he truly is my father’s son, then he needs to behave in a way that if my father was back, was alive, he would be proud of him, because although my dad went through what he went through, he would never abandon his family.”

Ben & Jerry’s Faces Boycott After Endorsing Black Lives Matter

Breitbart
By Jerome Hudson  |  7 Oct 2016

Socially conscious ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s faces calls for a boycott after the company announced its support for the Black Lives Matter protest movement this week.

“Systemic and institutionalized racism are the defining civil rights and social justice issues of our time,” the Vermont-based company said in a statement posted on benjerry.com. “We’ve come to understand that to be silent about the violence and threats to the lives and well-being of black people is to be complicit in that violence and those threats.”

The company posted its support for Black Lives Matter on Facebook and Twitter.

But after backing Black Lives Matter, the online backlash against the ice cream-making duo is mounting.

No Peace: Ferguson Police Car Has Window Shot Out During Anniversary Protests [Video]

Any excuse to get your violence on will do. The Black Lives Matter crowd took advantage of the anniversary of the Ferguson protests to shoot out a police car window, march in the streets and roast a pig in effigy of Officer Darren Wilson (who, by the way, is now unemployable because he did the right and lawful thing). Protests are planned across the nation and they are sure to be destructive and violent. What else would you expect of those that use race as an excuse to protect criminals and excoriate police officers? Justice has nothing to do with these people – they hate cops, America, whites and our laws. Race is being used as an excuse to do whatever they want and get away with it. Sorry, that’s just bull crap.

Obama And The Media Are Stirring The Pot In Ferguson, But Real Leaders Are Trying To Bring Us Together

From End of the American Dream
By Michael Snyder, on November 26th, 2014

Ferguson Protesters Burning American Flag - YouTube ScreenshotBarack Obama says that the notion that our laws are not being enforced uniformly is “rooted in reality” and that the rioting in Ferguson will “make for good TV”.  Time Magazine says that the Ferguson riots “are part of the American experience” and “are a necessary part of the evolution of society”.  Statements such as these stir the pot in Ferguson and provide fuel for the violent protests that have erupted nationwide.  And now that protesters are rioting and looting in major cities all over America, all sorts of angry and dissatisfied individuals are coming out of the woodwork.  For example, CBS Seattle is reporting that “communists” and “Palestinian groups” have joined the protests in Portland.  This kind of civil unrest draws them in like a moth to a flame.  But instead of stirring the pot in Ferguson like Obama and the media are doing, real leaders are trying to bring us together.  Setting fires and destroying businesses is not going to solve anything.  But if we love one another and resolve to work together, anything is possible.

Real Racism: Black Activist Derides “Gooks” And “Coolies,” Gets Spit On In Face

Real-Racism

A video has begun making the rounds on the Internet, and I strongly believe it deserves to be shared on Downtrend. It basically involves a group of racist black activists who posted up on some street and started insulting every single person who walked by them. This included people’s “ugly kids” and even “gooks.” The climax arrived at the end, when a brave Asian man spit in one of the activist’s faces.

Michael Brown’s Parents Demand UN Arrest Officer Darren Wilson

From Downtrend
By , November 11, 2014.

Any day now a grand jury will announce whether or not they will charge Darren Wilson with the August shooting death of strong-armed robber and thug Michael Brown. All indications are that the police officer was justified and will not face criminal prosecution for the self-defense killing. It is also extremely unlikely that the US Justice department will file civil rights violation charges in the case.

Unwilling to accept that their son was responsible for his own death, Brown’s parents went before the United Nations to demand that the largely symbolic organization arrest Officer Wilson for torture and human rights violations.

Armed with the kooky notion that the UN somehow has authority over the United States, Lesley McSpadden (angry mom) and Michael Brown Sr. (proud papa) spoke to the United Nations Committee Against Torture in Geneva, Switzerland today.
