Nolte: Civil Rights Lawsuit Claims Gifted Black Girl Bullied by Black Students for ‘Acting White’

By John Nolte | 7 Sep 2017

A lawsuit has been filed by the parents of a young black girl in South Carolina who claim their academically gifted daughter, a student at Hand Middle School, was physically and verbally terrorized for “acting white.”

According to a study and news article cited by the federal civil rights lawsuit, the girl’s tormentors are black themselves.

The alleged bullying has gone on for two years. The lawsuit itself reads like a horror show of humiliation and physical abuse that began almost immediately upon her arrival at the school in 2015.

Although approximately 50 percent of the students at Hand Middle School identify as African American, India was one of the few African Americans in her honors and advanced classes during the 2015–2016 and 2016–2017 school years.

According to the lawsuit, what followed was physical assaults: pushing and shoving, water thrown in her face, two chipped teeth, and a beating with a bottle. On one occasion “a group of three female students attempted to push India down a flight of stairs. These same students had verbally accosted India on prior occasions and continued to do so after the assault.”

The motivation all appears to be racial.

#SJW | Swarthmore student called ‘white b*tch,’ told ‘kill yourself’ over op-ed that upset liberal peers

Swarthmore student flees campus after bullying prompts safety concerns

Reaction to a Swarthmore College student’s recent op-ed in the campus newspaper about the preppy liberal arts school’s need-blind admissions program has been so vicious and severe — cyberbullying, a message telling her she should have her tongue removed, a note saying “kill yourself bitch” — that the column’s author has left campus.

Erin Jenson told The College Fix her Sept. 12 column in the campus newspaper, “The Admissions Office Doesn’t Care About Your Values,” argued that the same colleges encouraging students to challenge anything perceived as privilege do in fact check the privilege of their applicants through complex formulas that ensure a certain percentage of students admitted will be paying full tuition.

A New Jersey native, Jenson also bluntly criticized peers in the op-ed, saying “hyper-liberal classmates … resent the upper class at its core” when they ought to say “thank you so, so much for being forced to pay for my opportunity.”

For that, Jenson said she has received four physical threats and been cyberbullied almost 100 times on social media. She told The Fix some of the more extreme comments came from one person who told her she should have her tongue removed, and another, a written note she found in her bag at the gym the day after the op-ed came out, which stated: “kill yourself bitch.”

At UC Berkeley earlier this month, student protestors bum rushed the College Republicans tabling event, ripping up their life-size Donald Trump cut out.

At Columbia University, one student told The Fix this month he fears he will be “physically assaulted” if he wears conservative clothing or voices conservative opinions on campus.

NEWCASTLE, Ontario, August 20, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Police told the family of an autistic boy that they will not pursue hate charges against the anonymous author of a noxious letter submitted to the boy’s mother. The letter called the boy a “nuisance” and a “hindrance to everyone” before suggesting the family move or “euthanize” the autistic 13-year-old.

Durham Regional Police said today that while a criminal investigation is currently underway, the letter did not reach the needed “threshold” to be considered a hate crime.

Max Begley with his mother.

“Despite the hateful language used, the Crown Attorney’s office has advised that the content of the letter falls below the threshold for a hate crime. However, there are other Criminal Code issues that are being considered,” the press release stated.

Read the Unbelievably Hateful Letter Sent to Family with Autistic Child: ‘Do the Right Thing and Move or Euthanize Him’

As a parent of a child who was diagnosed with ‘mild’ autism when he was a toddler I am absolutely sickened by this article and I believe that most people would find the actions of this neighbor as reprehensible as I do.

This neighbor’s mindset is reminiscent of the ideology of Hitler’s Nazi Regime and I shudder to think of what kind of people this neighbor’s own children will grow up to be.

A shocking hate-filled letter attacking a Canadian family’s autistic child has sparked outrage in an Ontario community and beyond. The letter, sent by a cowardly anonymous neighbor, accuses the “idiot” autistic child of being a “nuisance” because of the noises he makes while playing outside.

Karla Begley, the mother of the severely autistic 13-year-old, told CityNews that she was stunned that someone could write something so hateful about her son, Max.

“You selfishly put your kid outside everyday and let him be nothing but a nuisance and a problem to everyone else with that noise polluting whaling he constantly makes!!!” the hostile letter reads. “That noise he makes when he is outside is DREADFUL!!!!!!!!!! It scares the hell out of my normal children!!!!!!!”

I Dont Give a S**t: Teachers Alleged Bullying of Conservative Student Launches School District Investigation

A 15-year old student at Appleton North Highschool in Appleton, Wisconsin, is claiming that he was bullied by faculty members for being a conservative. Now, the school district has launched an investigation into Benji Backer’s accusations and are taking the claims “seriously.”

Backer told Fox News that he has had to endure name-calling and harassment as well as watch other students be indoctrinated.

According to Backer, the tensions began to mount when he was 12, during Governor Scott Walker’s battle with the unions and liberals’ unsuccessful re-call bid.
