People Are Calling For A Total Ban On Cotton Because — You Guessed It — Racism

By Jenna Green | 18 Sep 2017

A woman in Texas berated Hobby Lobby last week for selling cotton as a decorative home accessory.

Daniell Rider posted her complaint to the craft store’s Facebook page:

There is nothing decorative about raw cotton. A commodity which was gained at the expense of African-American slaves. A little sensitivity goes a long way. Please remove this decor.

Daniell Rider, then received backlash for her sensitivity and responded to her critics:

All those who are offended by cotton being a decoration need to quit buying any product made of cotton!

Below is my response to this race-baiter  ~Angel

The following is a short list of products that are made with cotton or cotton/synthetic fabric blends:

  • T-Shirts
  • Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, and Hoodies (I suppose one could always go with fleece)
  • Bandanas (Antifa loons are gonna have to find something else to cover their cowardly faces with)
  • Denim (I am picturing protesters wearing polyester pants LOL)
  • Corduroy
  • Terrycloth (Towels, bath robes)
  • Sheets and Pillowcases (Most use cotton or cotton blend)
  • Canvas (Some is made using *gasp* cotton, some using linen)
  • Flannel (Some flannel is made using wool or synthetic fiber but a lot is made using cotton)
  • Underwear (For those of you who like the saggy pants look this includes boxer shorts)
  • Coffee filters
  • Fishing nets
  • Books
  • Tampons and Sanitary Pads (I suppose women can start using menstrual cups)
  • Bandaids and Gauze
  • Elastic bandages
  • Disposable diapers
  • Cloth diapers
  • Socks
  • Cotton seeds are delinted by a similar process to ginning. Some linter is used to make candle wicks, string, cotton balls, cotton batting, paper, and cellulose products such as rayon, plastics, photographic film, and cellophane.
  • Cottonseed oil is used in some margarines, salad dressings, cosmetics, soap, candles, water proofing agents
  • Yarn
  • Q-tips and Cotton Balls
  • Tires (Use of cotton in tires is limited – used mostly as a processing aid now)

Did you know that cotton remained a key crop in the Southern economy after emancipation and the end of the Civil War in 1865. Across the South, sharecropping evolved, in which landless black and white farmers worked land owned by others in return for a share of the profits. Some farmers rented the land and bore the production costs themselves.

And did you know that China and India are the two biggest cotton producers in the world? Also on the list: United States, Pakistan, Turkey, Australia, and Mexico.

And did you also know that slavery – yes slavery – is alive and well in the Middle East? Are you offended by THAT?

Here is the FDR Quote about Robert E. Lee That Liberals Never Wanted You to See

By Thomas | 17 Aug 2017

Robert E. Lee monuments are being vandalized and removed across the country. After Charlottesville, the hate directed at Lee has reached an extreme level. If you don’t want these statues removed, you will be called a racist.

One such statue that will likely be removed is in Dallas, Texas. Activists believe it’s a “sign of enduring legacy of white supremacy in the South and across America,” according to a local television network.

Lee thought slavery was a great evil and he worked to reunite America after the Civil War.

Black Lives Matter Protesters Probably Never Heard of John Casor

Independent Sentinel
By S. Noble | 13 August 2015

General Robert E. Lee’s statue is one of seven statues being moved off the mall at the UT-Austin campus (photo above) to an obscure location. Lee was a Confederate and, according to the complaints, he was a symbol of ‘white supremacy’. Lee, ironically, abhorred the institution of slavery. “There are few, I believe, in this enlightened age, who will not acknowledge that slavery as an institution is a moral and political evil,” he once said.

While Confederates have become the latest target of the left because they represent ‘white supremacy’, what about the blacks who owned slaves? There were many.

Some free black people in this country bought and sold other black people, and did so at least since 1654 and continued to do so right through the Civil War.

According to federal census reports, on June 1, 1860 there were nearly 4.5 million blacks in the United States, with fewer than four million of them living in the southern slaveholding states. Of the blacks residing in the South, 261,988 were not slaves. Of this number, 10,689 lived in New Orleans. The country’s leading African American historian, Duke University professor John Hope Franklin, records that in New Orleans over 3,000 free blacks owned slaves, or 28 percent of the free blacks in that city.

The 28 percent number is impressive when compared to less than 1.4 percent of all American whites and less than 4.8 percent of southern whites. The statistics show that, when freed, blacks disproportionately became slave masters.
According to colonial records, the first slave owner in the United States was a black man. Before 1655, there were no slaves, only indentured servants who were freed when their time was up which was usually about seven years. They were then granted 50 acres of land. Blacks also received 50 acres.

Anthony Johnson, photo below, was a black man from what is now Angola who came to the U.S. to work on a tobacco farm in 1619.

U.S. military confirms rebels had sarin

Classified document shows deadly weapon found in home of arrested Islamists

11 September 2013  |  By F. Michael Maloof

As part of the Obama administration’s repeated insistence – though without offering proof – that the recent sarin gas attack near Damascus was the work of the Assad regime, the administration has downplayed or denied the possibility that al-Qaida-linked Syrian rebels could produce deadly chemical weapons.

However, in a classified document just obtained by WND, the U.S. military confirms that sarin was confiscated earlier this year from members of the Jabhat al-Nusra Front, the most influential of the rebel Islamists fighting in Syria.

The document says sarin from al-Qaida in Iraq made its way into Turkey and that while some was seized, more could have been used in an attack last March on civilians and Syrian military soldiers in Aleppo.

The document, classified Secret/Noforn – “Not for foreign distribution” – came from the U.S. intelligence community’s National Ground Intelligence Center, or NGIC, and was made available to WND Tuesday.

‘Major Escalation of the U.S. Role in Syria’s Civil War’ as CIA Begins Delivering Weapons to Rebels

Sep. 11, 2013 10:48pm  |  By  Jason Howerton

Rebel forces in Syria are now officially receiving CIA-delivered weapons from the United States government, the Washington Post reports, citing U.S. officials and Syrian figures.

Following months of delay, the lethal aid promised to the Syrian rebels by President Barack Obama began trickling into the war-torn country over the past two weeks. The opposition forces have also reportedly received vehicles and other gear from the State Department, marking a “major escalation of the U.S. role in Syria’s civil war,” the Washington Post observes.

Get Us Involved in One Civil War and You Might Get Two

Americans can only accept so much TREASON before they react. I am writing this today with the hopes that some of those involved in this Syria debate might actually take a step back and listen.

The only reason that the people of this country have not already risen up against our federal government is simply because we continue to hope and pray that common sense will prevail. But there are only so many “red lines” that our own elected officials can cross before we will be left with no alternative.

First let’s look at the legal definition of TREASON.

What is treason?

Is The United States Going To Go To War With Syria Over A Natural Gas Pipeline?

From The Economic Collapse
By Michael Snyder, on September 3rd, 2013

Pipeline

Why has the little nation of Qatar spent 3 billion dollars to support the rebels in Syria?  Could it be because Qatar is the largest exporter of liquid natural gas in the world and Assad won’t let them build a natural gas pipeline through Syria?  Of course.  Qatar wants to install a puppet regime in Syria that will allow them to build a pipeline which will enable them to sell lots and lots of natural gas to Europe.  Why is Saudi Arabia spending huge amounts of money to help the rebels and why has Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan been “jetting from covert command centers near the Syrian front lines to the Élysée Palace in Paris and the Kremlin in Moscow, seeking to undermine the Assad regime”?  Well, it turns out that Saudi Arabia intends to install their own puppet government in Syria which will allow the Saudis to control the flow of energy through the region.  On the other side, Russia very much prefers the Assad regime for a whole bunch of reasons.  One of those reasons is that Assad is helping to block the flow of natural gas out of the Persian Gulf into Europe, thus ensuring higher profits for Gazprom.  Now the United States is getting directly involved in the conflict.  If the U.S. is successful in getting rid of the Assad regime, it will be good for either the Saudis or Qatar (and possibly for both), and it will be really bad for Russia.  This is a strategic geopolitical conflict about natural resources, religion and money, and it really has nothing to do with chemical weapons at all.

We are Preparing for Massive Civil War, Says DHS Informant

Published on May 6, 2012

Apr 24, 2012 by alisonserr

The government has declared it can lock anyone up forever or kill them without any proof or due process. DHS has placed an order for 450 million rounds of Hollow Point ammo. Obama can now declare martial law during peace time. I think that just about says it all.
