Federal Judge Asks Why Obama Administration Isn’t Admitting Christian Syrian Refugees

In an otherwise unremarkable opinion over the federal Freedom of Information Act, a federal appellate court judge has issued a sharp rejoinder to the Obama administration over an issue that has been discussed in the news—the almost complete lack of Syrian Christian refugees being brought over to the U.S.

The Heartland Alliance’s National Immigrant Justice Center, a progressive liberal advocacy organization “dedicated to ensuring human rights protections” for immigrants and asylum seekers—including apparently terrorists—filed a FOIA lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.

The lawsuit claimed that DHS was refusing to release the identity of Tier III terrorist organizations, unlike the identities of what are defined as Tier I and Tier II terrorist groups that are publicly identified.

Tier III terrorist organizations “tend to be groups about which the U.S. government does not have good intelligence, making it essential that [DHS] be able to obtain information about them during screening interviews that are as focused and complete as possible.”

The government argued that Tier III terrorist organizations are exempt from disclosure under FOIA because it would disclose “techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations.”

FBI Director James Comey informed Congress Friday that “additional investigative steps” will be taken in the Hillary Clinton email scandal. We all thought the investigation was closed based on the fact that the FBI already announced its decision to not prosecute her. Now they say the investigation wasn’t closed, leading me to wonder how they managed to exonerate Clinton before even completing the investigation into her crimes.

Of course, the answer to that question is that Comey and the FBI screwed up by not bringing charges, they know they screwed up, they know they’ve destroyed their reputation, and now they’re trying to salvage whatever bit of credibility they can. It’s probably too late for that, but if their attempt at covering their own butts leads to the destruction of Clinton’s political ambitions, I’m all for it.

It’s worth noting, by the way, that the new pieces of evidence linking to the email investigation were discovered on Anthony Weiner’s phone. You may remember that Weiner got into some hot water for sexting minors a while back, which led to an FBI subpoena on his devices. Weiner is married to Huma Abedin, Clinton’s top aide, and that’s probably how it all links back to Clinton. And if this new-but-not-new investigation ultimately dismantles the whole Clinton Machine (a dream, perhaps), we all should really pause for a moment and appreciate the poetic justice in the fact that a pervert named Weiner proved to be the Clintons’ final undoing. We know this obviously isn’t the first time a Weiner has landed the Clintons in hot water, but will it be the last? We can hope, if only for the delicious irony of it (among several other compelling reasons).

Muslims from around the world are coming to America to wage “settlement jihad” and implement Shariah law, a Department of Homeland security whistleblower warns.

The eye-opening observations were made by former Department of Homeland Security officer Philip Haney at the ACT for America 2016 Conference Tuesday.

Haney warned that most Muslims do not migrate to America with the intention of assimilating into American culture.
“The observant Muslim base is the reason for civilizational and/or settlement jihad,” he said. “That is why they are immigrating to America, to come and coalesce into one solid unit with the intention – and it is intentional – to implement Shariah law, which according to Islamic theology is the grace and gift to mankind.”

As a Customs and Border Protection officer, Haney gathered a plethora of valuable intelligence on the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamic organizations. However, in 2009 his superiors ordered him to eliminate critical “linking information” from about 820 records he had entered into CBP’s internal database.

How is it that nearly fifteen (15) years after 9/11 none (ie ZERO) of the Islamic advisors to the United States government have shared with our leaders the Quranic concept of abrogation, the definition of “jihad” in sharia (Islamic Law), or the fact sharia obliges jihad until the entire world is under sharia?
It is because sharia obliges Muslims to lie to non-Muslims when the goal is obligatory (eg Jihad), and makes it a capital crime for Muslims to teach other Muslims anything about Islam which is not a part of authoritative Islam.
This means if American leadership wants to know the enemy and understand the threat, they need to stop listening to suit-wearing jihadis and read what Muslims teach when they are teaching other Muslims.
